Located between Milan and Lake Como, in Northern Italy, the Brianza region has a rich history as a centre of industrial development. Originally an agricultural area, Brianza experienced a profound transformation during the 20th century, emerging as one of Italy’s most important hubs for craftsmanship and industrial production.
The region’s long-standing tradition in woodworking, metalworking, and furniture design, combined with its strategic proximity to Milan, laid the foundation for a thriving industrial ecosystem. Over the decades, small artisanal workshops evolved into a network of manufacturing companies specializing in high-quality furniture and luxury goods.
Today, the unique concentration of craftsmanship, advanced technologies, and industrial know-how has made Brianza an hub of excellence, as well as a propeller of innovation capable of influencing trends worldwide thanks to exposure of the Salone del Mobile in Milan.
