Fulkrum is born from the collaboration of two friends driven by a shared passion for design and craftsmanship, with a desire to reshape the way we approach design.
Now based in Vancouver, BC, we were born and raised in Italy, the land where centuries of traditional craftsmanship meets cutting-edge innovation. Our goal is to bring innovation, opportunities, and quality to designers, helping them bring extraordinary ideas to life.
We offer a one-stop solution for designers, architects and builders that seek to elevate their design. Our mission is to give life to design concepts exactly how they are conceived it through solutions that are devised around your specific need, yet go beyond regular bespoke services.
With 15 years of experience in the design industry, our deep-rooted passion is what moves us. As professionals ourselves, we know the complexities of the process, as well as the frustration of hearing “it’s not possible” while solutions already exist elsewhere in the world. We believe that every project can be created with the same passion and precision, and by using an holistic approach we ensure a flawless execution that adheres to the initial concept.
Our Process
Fulkrum acts as a single-referent for designers looking to achieve a seamless project without the hassle of managing multiple suppliers. We handle every step, from sourcing suppliers to final product installation and fine-tuning. The process remains the same whether we are working on a complete project, or on an individual design component, such as a kitchen island or wall paneling.

Concept
Our first step is understanding your concept in depth, defining the project’s complexity and scope. This crucial stage allows us to identify the right materials, finishes, and technologies to achieve your vision while keeping the project on budget.
2.
Details
Upon reviewing the high-level concept, we will dive deep into the project’s details. At this stage we will assess the technical elements and materials required. This is a reiterative stage, and will continue until we reach the optimized design while balancing costs.
3.
Site visits and product engineering
When details and the budget are confirmed, we will move into the engineering part. Site visits and measurements are required to ensure maximal accuracy and streamline final product installation.
4.
Production
Once your project specifications are finalized, production begins. We stay in close communication with our suppliers to ensure every detail is executed to perfection. During this stage, our technical department works closely with them to define and refine all installation details. You’ll receive regular photo and video updates throughout the process, while our meticulous quality control ensures a flawless final product.
5.
Installation
As final step, all the elements that are manufactured and shipped will reach the site. The in-house team, navigated in European products, ensures a state-of-the-art installation of all design components ordered. After 30 to 60 days, or based on need, the site will be reviewed to apply final refinement.
